(15 April 2020) Lets start from the bottom of society and work up. A lot of kids (especially disadvantaged ones) could use private courses to catch up on education.  France’s national education system wasn’t working all that good, specially for poor less educated children, parents and families. For example 1/3 redoubling of classes and high drop-out rates.  A lot of teachers moonlight as tutors in their off time can attest to this situation. France will have a lot of high school and collage students who could earn some income tutoring younger less educated children in subjects the tutors are good in.  Private courses using a one-to- one, two or three kids per tutor, given in the child’s home or apartment could rapidly help these disadvantage student understand material that they’ll never get a handle on in a class of 30.  These private tutorial services could provide the necessary personalize attention that a public school  wasn’t designed to accomplish. Courses for adults like Inter-Intra Personal Communication, Non Violent Communication, Force vs Power, Mind Clearing and Meditation could help a lot of adolescence and adults to better communicate. Students and practitioners in communication and psychology could organize sessions at the parents home or in public buildings.  Thus giving these (young)  adults the knowledge and tools to better participate and resolve personal and social problems.  We could even pay the students to participate. This will probably scare the defecation out of political leaders, elites and the better off families as their precious progeny might have to compete with intelligent, motivated, creative and  hard-working disadvantage individuals.  Not to mention the disruption to the delinquent and prison supply chain.  These lucky individuals have pulled up the social ladder so no one else can limb up socially or economically.  They have stolen the dreams of the disadvantaged. France has the resources and the demand While France (and the Word) need to reconfigure the constraints.  France has the resources and the data from schools, universities, government data centers in order to connect the teachers, tutors, professionals with the people most in need.  Lets get the connections made and development a real human society.
